Norbert Mehl is a Swiss-born, New York and Jerusalem-based, multilingual dealmaker, serial entrepreneur and international finance professional engaged in startups, M&A, financial services, global luxury markets and real estate. He is a citizen of the USA, Israel and Argentina. He is the founder and CEO of Midrash.Tech, Global i Ventures, BanxCorp and Panache Privee. He founded and successfully led BanxQuote, which became a national online banking and mortgage marketplace, and the foremost provider and licensor of U.S. banking indexes and analytics for over two decades. He established co-branding partnerships and syndication deals with dozens of major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Reuters, The New York Times, BusinessWeek, and others. BanxQuote was featured by the White House in the 2008 Economic Report of the President. He organized and chaired numerous corporate and philanthropic events, including investor conferences and pitch nights, co-sponsored by global luxury brands. His clients have included hundreds of financial institutions throughout the United States.
He has been involved in a wide range of complex businesses, M&A, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing and financial transactions across multiple industry sectors, and has been frequently quoted by leading financial media. He has structured, executed and provided analysis for transactions involving several billion dollars in total value. At the age of 25, he became the managing partner of an engineering consortium that built in record time a suspended steel structure and sky roof for a World Cup stadium at the Mar del Plata South Atlantic seaside resort, supervising over 500 people and multiple sub-contractors. The project was declared of National Interest by presidential decree. He frequently served as a judge at university-sponsored startup pitching competitions. He is an MA graduate of the University of Buenos Aires Faculty of Economic Sciences, and is a New York State licensed real estate broker.

Nisa Amoils is an active early stage investor, Board advisor and entrepreneur. She is a member of New York Angels where she invests in a variety of technology startups and is the co-chair of the frontier technology committee which encompasses AR/VR, robotics, drones, AI, driverless cars, autonomous innovations, cybersecurity, remote sensing, blockchain and other disruptive technologies. She also has sector and investment expertise in entertainment, beauty, mobile, marketplaces and digital media. She has startup operational experience in areas such as strategic and digital marketing, business development, product and package development, distribution, staffing, fundraising, management and legal.
She is a regular judge/panelist on CNBC, MSNBC and Fox and does podcasts on investing. She is a speaker at conferences such as Venture Summit, the Women in Tech Summit, RoboUniverse and Women’s Innovation conferences. She is a mentor at XRC Labs, Grand Central Tech, The Vinetta Project and MenHERnyc. She is a regular judge for the Wharton Business Plan Competition and sits on the Board of the Penn Design School. Marianna Zaslavsky is an experienced, early-stage startup leader and management consultant focused on launching and commercializing products, services and businesses, who lives at the intersection of product, business development, sales and operations. She’s a managing partner at Zazzer Consulting, and former director of product management at video ad-tech company Eyeview, director of business development at Bain Capital portfolio company HookLogic, MBA associate at Bain Capital and AOL, and VP partnerships, board member and MBA consultant at InSite. She previously co-founded On Me and served as an associate banker and investment strategist at Citigroup. She holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BA degree from Columbia University. She won the 2013 Deirdre Collins Alcoa Scholarship, a Board Scholarship from the Columbia University Board of Trustees, and a Citi Investment Banking Pre-MBA Fellowship.

Ilan Benatar is an accomplished filmmaker, director, editor and writer at the crossroads of technology and art. He has created numerous feature films, including Beyoncé’s 90-minutes HBO feature film Life Is But A Dream (2013), Patrolman P. (2012) and Year Of 4 (2011). He has also created dozens of short form videos for companies such as Deloitte, ESPN, Redds, EatWith, InstaMotor, AudioPixels and others. From 2013 to 2014 he served as creative director of dining hospitality startup EatWith, and he was previously a co-founder and creative director at startup Cellolo. From 2011 to 2013 he served as documentary director, writer and editor at Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment. He studied film, cinema and video at the Sam Spiegel Film School in Jerusalem.

Lihu Roter is an accomplished film and video producer who has developed and produced many internationally acclaimed film projects. He has been the CEO of Particle 3 and Periscope Productions, a film, television and commercial production company, since 2007. He has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, such as Coca Cola, Pepsi-Cola, American Express, The New York Times, Atlantic Records, Warner Bros. Records and Sony to name a few. His work has won countless awards including a TIME Arts & Entertainment Top Music Video, multiple Telly Awards including Best Video, a Webby Award, 5 Cannes Lions International Festival Awards, 6 Clio Awards, and multiple Mashie Awards.
In collaboration with Sony Legacy, he produced an interactive music video for Bob Dylan’s classic folk rock song Like a Rolling Stone (2013). His film Out in the Dark (2012), cemented his reputation among Israel’s most elite film producers. The film was screened at over 100 festivals worldwide, winning 37 awards, including Best Picture at the Haifa International Film Festival 2012, and the HBO audience award for Best Feature at the Miami GLBT Film Festival. His film production debut, Andante (2010), was nominated for 4 Israeli Academy Awards and won prizes at several international film festivals.

Mahesh Rajan has over 23 years of experience in delivering solutions in strategy, management and technical consulting roles at startups and Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, ICE Trust, Wells Fargo Bank, Charles Schwab, Pacific Stock & Options Exchange, and Askisoft. His technical and managerial leadership skills comprise all project phases involving ground-breaking strategic technology transformation initiatives of significant size, complexity and duration. He led and developed mission-critical trading exchanges and trading systems for CDS, derivatives, equities and fixed income instruments for leading capital markets institutions, with extensive expertise in software design, development, and project management. He methodically delivered cutting edge solutions for e-payments, big data, cloud computing, mobile banking, e-commerce, analytics, financial trading, and architecture for enterprise applications and systems integration. He is an MBA graduate of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and has an MCA, Computer Science degree from Alagappa University, and BSc, Mathematics, from Madurai Kamaraj University in India.

Christine Alemany is a multi-channel marketing executive with over 15 years of experience in reinvigorating brands, building consumer and small and mid-sized business demand generation programs, and launching products for various startups and Fortune 500 companies including Dell, United Technologies, Citi and General Assembly. She has consistently achieved revenue and growth objectives for the companies she worked for, through the implementation of better marketing, best-in-breed technologies and best practices. She is an MBA graduate of Columbia Business School, and has an MS, Civil Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Cansu Ozgul, a strategic design manager, creative director and entrepreneur, is the founder of ContempCo, an innovative New York-based collaborative project management platform. She’s a former account manager at Imaginity, an international branding, packaging design and integrated marketing agency active in the US, Europe and Asia with global branding clients such as Pepsi, Nestle, Cotex, and Kimberly-Clark. She previously worked in media and digital advertising at Giorgio Armani, and at leading design agency Fantasy Interactive, whose extensive client list includes Google, Microsoft, Coca Cola, Disney, Ford, CBS, Fox, NBC, Porsche, Ducati, Time Inc, AOL, etc. She also worked in marketing at Johnson Art Studio and Mosaic Fashions. Since 2012 she has been a member of Dream:in, a global open innovation project and network of creative leaders, visionaries, innovators, entrepreneurs and activists. She’s a co-owner of Mitra Textile Consultancy and Trade, based in Istanbul, Turkey, since 2008. She holds a BBA, Strategic Design and Management degree from Parsons School of Design, and learned Piano and Theory of Music at London’s Royal College of Music.
