Herzliya-based ExitValley recently launched a new Israeli equity crowdfunding model that allows investors to directly purchase shares in Israeli startups with a minimum investment of NIS 1,000.

ExitValley charges entrepreneurs a $500 registration fee, and a management fee equal to 7% of their fundraising campaign. Investors are not charged any fee upfront, but are charged a 3% exit fee upon the sale of their shares.

ExitValley’s co-founders include chairman Yaron Adler, co-founder and former CEO of IncrediMail (n/k/a Perion), and CEO Yaniv Shiryon, former CEO of the stock options group at Tamir Fishman.
